Fill out our booking form. Once we confirm your booking, we send you an invoice via Stripe, and our T&C’s via email. You then settle the invoice, sign the T&C’s, send us a form of ID and proof of address - woop! You’re booking is confirmed. You pick up the tent, enjoy your rental and return it back to us.

We take 100% of the booking fees + the £100 security deposit (per tent) (or £150 per tent, depending on what is rented). Please note, there is a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 30 days, you will be refunded 80% of the booking fee + the security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or more before your booking, you will be refunded 80% of the booking fee + security deposit. 7 days or less prior to the agreed hire date there will be no refund.

Yes, the security deposit is £100 per tent, or £150 per tent if rented with any additional equipment.

Unfortunately we cannot do this due to the astronomical cost of posting large items.

We can drop off our tents and pitch them for you at the additional costs below. This cost includes drop off, pitching of the tent and pickup. Within a 15 mile radius of CB1: £100 Outside a 15 mile radius of CB1: £100 + £1 for every mile outside the 15 mile radius Please note, that we may not always be able to accommodate this.

A 4m bell tent will fit 2 queen-sized beds comfortably.

A 4m can sleep upto 4 people, each tent can sit up to 8 people.

You will need roughly 6m to pitch a 4m bell tent.

A 5m can sleep up to 5 people.

You will need roughly 7m to pitch a 5m bell tent.

You sure can! You just need ground that is level, large enough for the desired tent, and an area that is not boggy.

You should consider the following when choosing where to pitch the bell tent: - Is the ground level? - Is the area large enough for the tent? - Is the area boggy? You don't want to pitch up in a boggy area. - Are you pitching under a tree? Avoid pitching under a tree as debris may fall onto your tent or awning and damage it. - Which direction is your door facing? Ideally the door should face away from the prevailing wind. The wind will then blow over the tent, and not through it.

Ensure you do not use the bell tents in wind speeds above 30mph.
